    Processing model

    Where a customer decides why and how survey, form, contact or school data is processed, the customer is the controller and SurveyKar processes that data on its documented instructions.

    Subject matter and duration, instructions, security measures, subprocessor approval, international transfers, assistance with data-subject requests, deletion or return at the end of the service, and audit terms. To request the executed DPA, use the privacy request form.
