1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SurveyKar, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SurveyKar to collect sensitive personal data without proper consent, distribute spam or malicious content, violate any applicable laws, or attempt to access other users' data.
4. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all surveys and responses you create. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as needed to provide our services.
5. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice.
6. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis for unused portions of annual plans.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
