Third parties that process personal data for SurveyKar, as found in the application. Regions and contracts are being verified.
Supabase
Database, authentication, file storage and server functions. Holds all account and customer data.
Vercel
Website hosting and delivery. Receives request metadata such as IP address.
Resend
Sending email: sign-in codes, notifications, invitations and campaigns.
OpenAI
AI features you choose to use, such as generating surveys, follow-up questions, sentiment and report insights. Receives the question and answer text those features need.
Cloudflare Turnstile
Bot protection on sign-in and on surveys where the owner enables it.
Razorpay
Payments. Card and bank details go to Razorpay directly, never to SurveyKar.
Google Analytics (only with analytics consent) and Google Calendar (only when a customer connects it for bookings).
Optional customer integrations
Meta WhatsApp, Microsoft 365 calendar, Twilio calling and Zoho CRM, used only when a customer connects them.
TrustedSite
Security badge on the website, loaded only with marketing consent.
ipapi.co
Approximate location (country, region, city) for website visit statistics, only for visitors who opted in to analytics.
