Do paid plans include team members?

What is the difference between a solution plan and an all-in-one plan?

A solution plan gives you one primary product — Collect (surveys and forms), Book (bookings), Engage (reviews) or Convert (website and AI chatbot) — from ₹299/month. The all-in-one plans (Basic, Professional, Business) include all nine modules at once with higher limits. Helpdesk and School ERP sit outside both: they are priced per deployment. If you need two or more products, an all-in-one plan is almost always cheaper than stacking solution plans.

Which modules do I get on each plan?

Every all-in-one plan includes all nine — surveys and forms, WhatsApp and email campaigns, CRM, AI chatbots, bookings, the website builder, review management, and automations. The helpdesk and School ERP are not in any tier: both are deployed and priced per customer, so they are quoted separately. Solution plans include their primary product plus the shared customer engine. Plans also differ by volume and by advanced capabilities like exports, AI insights, branding removal, team seats, and API access.

Do I have to buy CRM, email or automation separately?

No, and you never will. Contacts and CRM, email, WhatsApp integration and basic automation are shared infrastructure included with every plan, including the ₹299 Collect plan — a booking that cannot send a confirmation is not a product. Only the advanced tiers of those capabilities (campaign automation, advanced segmentation, advanced analytics) are reserved for Professional and above.

What are usage add-ons?

Top-ups you can buy without changing plan when you need more of one thing: responses, contacts, email sends or AI credits. Response, email and AI top-ups apply to the current billing month and reset with it; contact top-ups raise your ceiling for as long as you stay subscribed. Add-ons raise a limit your plan already includes — they do not unlock a module your plan does not cover.

Are WhatsApp messages included?

The WhatsApp integration is included on every plan, but the messages themselves are billed directly by Meta against your own WhatsApp Business account. SurveyKar does not resell them or add a markup, so you pay Meta's rates rather than ours.

Is there really a free plan?

Yes — the Free plan gives you the full platform with starter limits (3 surveys, 100 responses a month, 3 AI generations), forever, with no credit card required.

Do I pay separately for each module?

No. One subscription and one invoice covers your entire account, no matter how many modules you switch on.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes. Change plans anytime from Settings > Billing — upgrades apply immediately with credit for unused time, and downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

All major cards, UPI, netbanking, and wallets, processed securely via Razorpay in INR.

How are responses counted?

As one account-wide pool per calendar month, shared across every survey and form — so splitting work into more surveys never costs you more. The pool resets each month and unused responses don't carry over.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, cancel anytime from Settings with no cancellation fees — you keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Is the Starter Pack a subscription?

No — it's a one-time payment that lifts your Free limits for 7 days: 15 questions per survey instead of 5, 1,000 responses instead of 100, 20 AI generations instead of 3, plus CSV export and the full template library. There's no recurring charge and nothing to cancel.

Does buying the Starter Pack take anything away?

Accepted Answer

No. Starter grants at least as much as Free on every limit — surveys, contacts, forms, chatbots, sites, booking pages, automations and campaigns all stay where they were or go up. Nothing you already built stops working, and when the 7 days end you return to the Free plan.
