    What a workspace is

    Your workspace holds everything: surveys, contacts, campaigns, automations, reports and settings. Teammates you invite work inside the same workspace and see the same data, subject to their role.

    Workspace settings

    Workspace → Settings covers your profile, security, billing, notification preferences and account actions.

    Activity log

    Workspace → Activity records what happened and who did it — surveys published, contacts deleted, roles changed, settings altered.

    Use it to answer "who changed this?" without guessing. How long history is retained depends on your plan.

    Notifications

    Choose what you are emailed about — new responses, campaign results, and workspace events. Alerts on a busy workspace become noise quickly, so turn on only what you will act on.
