Where to look
Open the campaign from Engage → Campaigns. Delivery statistics are on the campaign itself. The cross-campaign view is under Analyze → Results → Delivery.
What the numbers mean
| Metric | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Sent | Handed to the mail provider |
| Delivered | Accepted by the recipient's mail server |
| Bounced | Rejected — bad address or a full mailbox |
| Opened | The recipient loaded the email |
| Clicked | The recipient followed your link |
| Responses | Surveys actually completed |
Reading them
- Low delivered — your list has stale addresses. Clean it.
- Good delivery, low opens — a subject line problem, or a sender name recipients do not recognise.
- Good opens, low clicks — the email did not make clear what you were asking for.
- Good clicks, low responses — the survey is too long or asks something people cannot answer.
Each of those points at a different fix, which is why the funnel is worth reading in order rather than looking at one number.
Tip — Open tracking is approximate. Many mail clients block the tracking pixel, so real opens are always higher than reported ones. Clicks are the reliable signal.
