    Check before sending

    • Your email address is verified.
    • The recipient list is the one you meant.
    • The survey link works — click it in the test email.
    • The subject line reads well truncated; most inboxes cut it off around 40 characters.
    • The sender name is recognisable.

    Send a test

Send to yourself, and ideally to a colleague on a different email provider. Open it on a phone. This catches most problems.

    Send or schedule

Send immediately, or pick a date and time. Scheduling is worth using: mid-morning on a weekday generally outperforms evenings and weekends for business audiences.

    While it sends

The campaign moves to sending and then sent. Large campaigns are delivered in batches, so counts climb over a few minutes.

    After

Delivery, opens and clicks appear on the campaign — see Campaign Analytics.

Warning — A sent campaign cannot be recalled. The test send exists for a reason.
