Where it is
Engage → Email Templates. Templates are reusable across campaigns and automations.
Build one
Start from a preset or from blank, then edit the content: headings, paragraphs, buttons, images and dividers. A live preview shows what the recipient will see.
Personalisation
Insert merge fields so each recipient sees their own details — first name, company, and the survey link. A greeting that uses the recipient's name reliably lifts open-through rates, provided you also set a fallback for contacts where the field is empty.
Buttons
Use a button for the survey link rather than a bare URL. Buttons are far more tappable on a phone, and a long URL in the body looks like spam to filters.
Preview and test
Preview inside the builder, then send a real test to yourself. Email clients render differently — a template that is perfect in the preview can still break in Outlook.
Use it
Pick the template when creating a campaign, or as the email an automation sends.
Warning — Editing a template does not change campaigns that have already been sent.
