Create Your First Survey

This walks the whole path once. Later articles go deeper on each step.

1. Start the survey

Click + Create in the sidebar and choose Survey. You are offered three starting points:

• Blank — an empty survey you build yourself.
• Template — a ready-made survey you edit.
• AI — describe your goal in a sentence and get a full draft.

If you would rather be walked through it, choose Survey — guided instead, which asks four questions and builds the survey from your answers.

2. Add your questions

Use Add question to append one, then pick its type. Drag the handle on the left of a question to reorder. See Question Types.

3. Check it

Open Preview and answer the survey the way a respondent would. Switch the preview to the phone frame — most survey responses arrive on a phone.

4. Publish

Set the survey to Active. Only an active survey accepts responses.

5. Share it

Publishing takes you to the share screen: a copyable link, a QR code, social buttons and an embed snippet. See Share Survey Link.

6. Read the results

Responses appear under Analyze → Results as they arrive.

Tip — Send the link to yourself first and submit one answer. It is the fastest way to confirm the whole path works before you send it to anyone else.
