Dashboard Overview
What each part of the Overview screen is telling you.
Your Overview page answers two questions: what is happening in the account, and what should you do next. It is laid out in that order.
Needs attention
Anything actively broken or stalled surfaces first — a survey collecting nothing, a campaign that failed to send, a draft that has sat untouched. Each item links straight to the screen where you can fix it.
Setup steps
Until your workspace is established, a short checklist shows what is still unfinished: create a survey, publish it, add contacts, send something. Steps tick off on their own as you complete them.
Key numbers
Response counts, active surveys and recent activity, with a trend chart underneath. These count everything in the workspace, not just what you personally created.
Recent items
The last few surveys, campaigns and automations you touched, so you can get back to work without hunting through a list.
Templates
At the bottom, a strip of ready-made surveys you can start from. See Use Survey Templates.
Tip — On a brand-new account the numbers are all zero on purpose. They fill in once your first survey collects a response.
