Use Survey Templates

Start from a ready-made survey and edit it to fit.

    Browse the library

Open Collect → Templates. Templates are organised by what they are for — customer satisfaction, NPS, employee engagement, event feedback, product research, and others.

Each card shows the question count and a preview.

    Use one

Choose Use template. A copy is added to your surveys. The copy is yours: editing it never affects the original, and other people using the same template never see your changes.

    Then make it yours

A template is a starting structure, not a finished survey. At minimum:

    • Replace generic product or company wording with your own.
    • Delete questions you will not act on. Every extra question costs you completions.
    • Reorder so the easiest questions come first.

The dashboard shows a shortlist of templates picked for the kind of workspace you have. It is a shortcut into the same library, not a separate set.

Tip — Templates are the fastest way to see how a well-built survey is structured, even if you end up rewriting every question.
