Create a Survey Using AI

    The AI generator writes a full survey — questions, answer options and types — from a plain-English description.

    Generate a survey

    1. Choose + Create → Survey, then the AI option.
    2. Describe your goal. Be specific about who you are asking and what decision the answers will inform.
    3. Generate, review, and edit anything you want to change.

    Write a better prompt

    A vague prompt gets a vague survey. Compare:

    • Weak: "customer survey"
    • Strong: "Post-purchase survey for an online furniture store. I want to know whether delivery timing met expectations, how assembly went, and whether they would buy again. Around 8 questions, mostly multiple choice."

    Mentioning the number of questions and the mix of types you want has a large effect on the result.

    What comes back is a draft

    Treat the output as a first draft, not a finished survey. Read every question before publishing — check the wording matches how your customers actually talk, and delete anything that duplicates another question.
