Generate QR Code

Get the code

On the survey's Share screen, open the QR tab. The code is generated from your survey link and can be downloaded as an image.

The QR tab is available once the survey is Active.

Where it works

Receipts, table tents, packaging inserts, event badges, posters, delivery notes. Anywhere a person has your product in their hand and a phone in the other.

Printing it well

• Size — at least 2cm square for something held in the hand, larger for a wall poster.
• Contrast — dark code on a light background. Do not print it over a photograph.
• Quiet zone — leave clear space around the code. Text crowding the edge stops scanners reading it.
• Say what it is — "Scan to tell us how we did" gets far more scans than a bare code.

Test before printing

Scan the downloaded image with two different phones before it goes to a printer. A code that fails is not fixable once it is on ten thousand boxes.
