Send Survey Through WhatsApp

WhatsApp reaches people who never open email, and answers arrive in minutes rather than days.

Connect your account first

Open Engage → WhatsApp and use the Account tab to connect your WhatsApp Business account. Nothing can be sent until this is verified.

Message templates

WhatsApp requires pre-approved templates for messages you start. On the Templates tab you can sync the templates already approved on your WhatsApp Business account and check a template's approval status. Only approved templates can be sent.

Send

• Quick Send — send to a small number of numbers immediately. Good for testing.
• Campaigns — send to a contact list, with a preview before it goes out and reminders for people who have not responded.

Watch it happen

The Conversations tab shows threads and replies. The Analytics tab shows what was delivered, read and answered.

Rules worth knowing

• Send only to people who expect to hear from you. WhatsApp treats unsolicited messages harshly and blocks the number.
• Numbers must be in full international format, including the country code.
• WhatsApp message charges are set by WhatsApp, not by SurveyKar.
