    Get the snippet

On the survey's Share screen, open the Embed tab. Choose a size — responsive, small, medium, large or a custom width and height — and copy the generated snippet.

The embed tab is available once the survey is Active.

    Add it to your site

Paste the snippet into the HTML of the page where you want the survey. In a website builder or CMS, use an "HTML", "Custom code" or "Embed" block — not a rich-text block, which will strip the code.

    Choosing a size

Responsive fits the width of whatever container you drop it into and is the right default. Fixed sizes are for slots you control exactly, like a sidebar.

    After embedding

Load the page on a phone as well as a laptop. The most common embed problem is a fixed height that leaves the submit button cut off on a narrow screen.
