Embed Not Working

What to check when an embedded survey does not appear.

    1. Is the survey active?

The embed tab is only available for an active survey, and an embedded draft will not render questions.

    2. Was the snippet pasted into an HTML block?

Rich-text editors strip code. In a website builder or CMS, use an "HTML", "Custom code" or "Embed" block — never a normal text block.

    3. Was the whole snippet copied?

A snippet cut short in the middle produces a blank space. Copy it again with the copy button rather than selecting by hand.

    4. Is your CMS sanitising it?

Some platforms strip embedded frames on lower plans or for security. Check your platform's documentation for embedding third-party content.

    5. Is the height wrong?

If the survey appears but is cut off, the container height is too small. Switch to the responsive size, or increase the custom height.

    6. Is your site forcing HTTPS content policy?

If your page sets a strict content security policy, it may block the embed. Your site administrator will need to allow it.

    Check in isolation

Open the survey's plain link in a browser. If that works, the survey is fine and the problem is on the hosting page.

    Embed Survey on Website.
