Responses Are Not Appearing

What to check when submissions are not showing up.

    1. Is the survey active?

A draft or closed survey shows a closed message instead of questions. Set it to Active.

    2. Are you looking at the right survey?

Analyze → Results covers the workspace; Reports shows one survey at a time. Check the survey picker at the top.

    3. Is a filter hiding them?

Clear every filter — date range, source, completion status. A date filter left from last week is the most common cause of "no responses".

    4. Are they partial?

Someone who started but did not submit is recorded as partial, and the list may be set to complete responses only. Include partials and look again.

    5. Did the respondent actually submit?

Reaching the last question is not submitting. Check the funnel view — if people are dropping at the final question, the submit button may be hard to reach on mobile. See Mobile Survey Preview.

    6. Is the schedule closing it?

If you set open and close dates, the survey rejects responses outside that window.

    Test it yourself

Open the live link in a private browser window and submit a response. If yours appears, the pipeline is fine and the problem is with how the survey is reaching people.
