Email Not Delivered

What to check when campaign email does not arrive.

    1. Is your address verified?

Unverified accounts cannot send campaigns. Look for the banner at the top of the workspace and resend the verification email if needed.

    2. Check the campaign statistics

Open the campaign. The numbers tell you where it stopped:

    • Not sent — the campaign did not run. Check its status and schedule.
    • Sent but not delivered — the recipient's mail server rejected it.
    • Delivered but not opened — it arrived. It is a subject line or spam folder problem, not a delivery problem.

    3. Bounces

A bounce means a bad address or a full mailbox. Correct the address and remove ones that keep bouncing — repeated bounces damage your sending reputation for everyone on the list.

    4. Spam folders

Ask a recipient to check their spam folder. If it is there:

    • Send from a verified domain rather than a generic address.
    • Avoid all-caps subject lines and excessive punctuation.
    • Keep the link count low.

    5. Have they unsubscribed?

Unsubscribed contacts are skipped for every future campaign. That is deliberate and cannot be overridden.

    6. Monthly allowance

If you have used your plan's monthly email allowance, further sends are blocked until the period resets.

    Always test first

Send a test to yourself before every campaign — see Send an Email Campaign.
