    Two places to look

Analyze → Results answers "how is the workspace doing" across four tabs — Overview, Responses, Trends and Delivery.

Reports answers "how is this one survey doing", with a tab bar covering the whole picture for a single survey.

    The two most useful tabs

Funnel shows the question where people abandon. That question is nearly always fixable — too long, too personal, or asked too early.

Significance stops you acting on noise. A score moving from 7.8 to 8.1 on forty responses is not a change; the tab tells you so.

Tip — Read Sources before drawing conclusions about a score. Channels attract different people.
