View Survey Responses

Where responses live

Analyze → Results shows everything across the workspace, with a Responses tab listing individual submissions.

For one survey in depth, open Reports and pick the survey. Its Responses tab shows that survey's submissions only.

Reading a response

Each row is one submission. Open it to see every answer in question order, along with when it was submitted, which device was used, and where the respondent came from.

If the response is linked to a contact, you can jump to that contact's full timeline.

Partial responses

Someone who started but did not finish is recorded as partial. Partials are worth reading — the question where people stop is usually the question that needs rewriting.

Live updates

Responses appear as they arrive. There is nothing to refresh or import.
