    Filter

On the responses list, use the filters to narrow by:

    • Date range — a launch week, a month, a campaign period.
    • Completion — complete responses only, or include partials.
    • Source — email, WhatsApp, QR, embed, social or direct.
    • Answer — responses where a specific question has a specific value.

Filters combine, so you can ask for complete responses from WhatsApp in March where the NPS score was 6 or below.

    Why it matters

Aggregate numbers hide the interesting part. A flat overall score often turns out to be a very good score from one channel and a very poor one from another — visible only once you filter by source.

    Filters carry through

The filter you set applies to the charts and to any export you take, so what you download matches what you were looking at.

Tip — When a score moves, filter by date range on either side of the change before looking for a cause. Half the time the population changed, not the sentiment.
