Skip logic is included even on that free plan, which not every tool does. Past free, Pro runs $788 a year billed annually (or $99 a month paid monthly), and Pro Max roughly doubles the response allowance for about $1,188 a year. Every individual plan, free through Pro Max, is a single user — a second seat means a custom Enterprise quote.
