    No — Zoho's published plan comparison lists file upload questions starting at the Plus plan, not on Free or Basic. SurveyKar's file upload question type is also not on its free plan, available from Basic.

    Yes — SurveyKar supports syncing survey responses to Zoho CRM as an optional integration, so you can use Zoho CRM alongside SurveyKar without needing Zoho Survey specifically.

    Zoho's pricing page did not display fixed prices at the time this was checked (its Monthly/Yearly toggle advertises up to 35% off annual billing without a visible figure in the page markup) — check Zoho's page directly and compare against SurveyKar's published rupee pricing.
