Forms, Websites and Bookings

The other ways to collect information and appointments.

Surveys are one collection surface. Depending on your plan, the workspace has three more.

    Forms

Collect → Forms builds single-page forms — lead capture, contact, order and registration forms. Unlike a survey, a form is designed to be short and to feed straight into your contacts.

Forms can be shared by link or embedded, and there is an AI option that drafts a form from a description.

    Websites

Collect → Websites builds public pages: a landing page for a campaign, a small business site, or a page to host a form. Pages are published under your own site address.

    Bookings

Collect → Bookings publishes appointment types that people can book against your availability. Connect a calendar so real commitments block slots, and bookers get confirmations and reminders automatically, with a self-service link to reschedule or cancel.

    Availability

These are add-on modules. If one does not appear in your sidebar, it is not enabled on your plan — see Subscription Plans.

Tip — A booking page plus a follow-up survey is a strong pairing: book the appointment, then ask how it went.
