    Webhooks

    A webhook posts an event to a URL of your choosing, as JSON, the moment it happens. Point it at your own endpoint, or at an incoming webhook in a tool like Slack, and your systems learn about a response without polling.

    Webhooks are also available as an automation step — see Automation Actions.

    Calendar

    Connect a Google Calendar so bookings made through SurveyKar appear on it and your real availability is respected.

    Pushing responses onward

    Survey responses can be pushed to a connected CRM as they arrive, so the people who work in that system see feedback without switching tools.

    Availability

    Which integrations you can turn on depends on your plan. Anything outside it appears with the plan that unlocks it.

    Tip — Test a webhook against a request-inspection service before pointing it at production. You will see the exact payload shape and can build against it confidently.
