    Download a report

From a survey's Exports tab you can produce a formatted report — charts and per-question summaries laid out for reading, rather than a grid of raw answers.

You can also share a report by link. The recipient sees the report without needing a SurveyKar account, and it stays current as more responses arrive.

Use a link when the audience wants to check back. Use a downloaded file when you need the numbers frozen at a point in time — a board pack, a client deliverable.

    Before sharing

    • Check whether open-text answers name individuals. Respondents often name staff members, and they did not expect that to travel.
    • Decide whether partial responses belong in the figure you are quoting.
    • Note the response count next to any percentage. "62%" of thirteen people is a very different claim from "62%" of nine hundred.

Warning — A shared report link works for anyone who has it. Treat it as public, and revoke it when the audience no longer needs it.
