Publish Your Survey
Take a survey live so it starts accepting responses.
Publish
Set the survey status to Active. That is what publishing means here — a draft survey has a link, but it will not accept answers.
Publishing takes you straight to the share screen with your link, QR code, social buttons and embed snippet.
Before you publish
- The survey has at least one question.
- You have previewed it end to end.
- Your theme and logo are set, if you want them.
- The thank-you page says what you want it to say.
After publishing
You can keep editing. Changes apply to anyone who opens the survey from that point on; responses already collected are untouched.
Warning — Adding, removing or reordering questions on a live survey makes your results harder to read, because early and late respondents answered different surveys. Prefer to get the structure right before a big send.
Pausing and closing
Set the status back to Draft or Closed to stop accepting responses. Existing responses stay in your reports either way.
